     Iᴛ wasn’t uncommon for Yoonseo to find her way to the young boy’s apartment.  Her schedules always seemed so strange, and so early, and it just so happened that Jihoon’s apartment was just a few blocks from the radio station.  So for him to come inside his apartment to find the female had turned the heat on--because he tended to keep it near freezing inside his little sanctuary just for his own sake--and taking food out of wherever she was rummaging through.

     Hᴇ really didn’t mind though, after all, she was always kind about it, offering to take him somewhere to eat or just to spend time with him in exchange for him giving her a place to come to for a quick nap and some food.  But unfortunately for the female, Jihoon hadn’t been grocery shopping in quite some time.

     "Nᴏᴡ what am I going to spread on my toast?  Your tears?”  The words took him a bit by surprise, but the way it was said with a teasing smile had the young boy laughing, his hands grasping at her sleeves.

     "Hᴏᴡ about we go to the store and get you something then?”

oliver isn’t a gentleman; not in the slightest. sure, he’s amicable, sweet– civil to a degree, but he certainly isn’t the type to help out for no reason, or that it’s the moral thing to do. no, he’ll only help if it’s beneficial, or if it causes some sort of entertainment. or– well, if his interest is already the teeniest bit spiked.

but she is so pretty. ryu yoonseo. with an absolutely adoring smile, eyes that crinkle– and skin that looks so flawlessly divine and soft that he wants to graze, touch, worship. it’s a strange, sudden thought– and as his eyes watch the interaction between her and a stranger. his irritation builds, his eyes narrow– watching carefully as her smile curves and brightens, showcases itself off to someone that isn’t him. it makes him huff, teeth pulling at his lip, feet shifting. his fingers are itching, to touch, to hurt, to kill. but it’s public, and he’d rather hate for his activities to end just because he ended up getting arrested due to his lack of self-control. he steadies himself, shuts his eyes with a shuddered breath– lips pursing.

and then her laughter hits his ears. dainty and sweet, and he can imagine how it looks, coming out from between pretty pink lips.

(he wants a taste.)

his movements are quick, shoulders knocking into nobodies as he moves past. he reaches, closer and closer– until his fingers are grabbing, arm outstretched, and he’s tugging. he spins her around, palms pressed against her biceps as the tips of his fingers press into flesh. one hand slides up, curls around the side of her neck and entangles digits into her hair, and he’s leaning– pressing his lips against hers in something harsh– teeth clacking and a breathless noise escaping his mouth.

gentlemen don’t kiss a lady without consent.

she moves, jerks away– but oliver isn’t done. he isn’t through. he growls against lips, opens his mouth and lets teeth sink in (gently, ever so gently), tugging back before he’s pressing back again, and teeth cut his lip and he tastes blood. 

(in retrospect, despite the resistance, he’ll say it’s the best kiss he’s ever had.)

put an 💘 in my inbox, and i’ll tell you what i think of our muses as a ship!

( mun speaks! ) aight, so, i’ve been thinking about this because the starter thing you sent a couple days ago that i just responded to (oops i’m so bad and slow ;;), but as you can tell from the post, hajin still loves yoonseo, but he’s breaking off the relationship because he feels that he’s investing more into the relationship than yoonseo is and he’s accusing yoonseo of not loving him as much as he loves her. i was a little reluctant to set up the scenario the way that i did, because of yoonseo’s status as a “love expert,” but i decided to go with it because the scenario i wrote it was all from hajin’s very flawed perspective and if we step back and look at my headcanon (under the cut) for the situation, it makes a little more sense (i hope;;) as to why the relationship ended up the way it did.

basically, yoonseo really isn’t at fault at all—she was a perfectly good girlfriend—hajin is just way too clingy and he’s upset that yoonseo isn’t equally as clingy. with yoonseo’s job as a radio show host (plus the other time commitments that come with being a radio show host) and hajin’s lack of job and school and, really, any decent way of spending his time, he basically poured way too much of his time into their relationship. with this being his first relationship, he definitely doesn’t have enough experience to know that this is very toxic behavior. but now, i guess, he has come to his senses and realizes that he needs to stop acting the way he has been acting. unfortunately, though, he thinks that the only way to do that is to break off the relationship. also, being the egocentric shit he is, he blames his own behavior on yoonseo rather than realizing his own faults.

and i guess all this stuff doesn’t really answer the meme’s question of what i think of our muses as a ship, so lemme just say here that i very much do approve \o/

p.s.: unrelated side headcanon—hajin sent in stories to yoonseo’s radio show before, and even during their relationship. some of them were read on air.

“Please don’t leave me.”

“you think i want to do this?” he wants to sound angry, but his voice comes out barely louder than a whisper. he had practiced these words—this whole breakup, actually—for days now, but the way things were happening were quite different, as they always were, from the test runs he had gone through in his head.

“i love you, yoonseo.” the words don’t feel right in his mouth. he realizes, only now, that this may be the first time he has said these words to her. “but i can’t do this anymore. i-i can’t keep loving you. not when you don’t feel the same way i feel about you.” even as the words leave his lips, even after hours and hours of contemplation, he can’t tell if this is the right decision.

but then he remembers all the nights he spent, waiting for a text message that never came. all the time he spent thinking about her, rather than actually seeing her and being with her. all the times he would hear her on air, laughing and helping other people with their love lives, as she did nothing to maintain her own.

“if you didn’t want me to leave you, you would’ve stayed by my side.” he turns his back against her, determined never to turn back.

Usually getting his projects done past midnight, the average amount of sleep he got before attending classes was undoubtedly below what he should be getting on daily basis—which, for the most part, conformed him to the habit of having an empty stomach until past noon. Sleep before food, is what he always prioritized. He was fine with his first concern choices, Until he rummaged through his bag in the cafe and left him awestruck upon forgetting his wallet at home. So he unwillingly held an empty stomach until four in the afternoon—until when Yoonseo was considerate enough to offer him a bag of cookies. 

“You look like an angel to me right now, not even an ounce of exaggeration added.”

       It was probably his tenth time trying to get the girl’s attention. Excuse me, He asked the first time, as the girl walked past him without a glance. He hoped that she didn’t notice him, since it would mean that she purposefully ignored him. (he hoped that she didn’t think that he was hitting on her, for the most part.) So he tussled his outgrown bangs in distraught, soon picking up the speed of his walking before calling out to the girl several times. Damn, she walks fast. He mumbled under his breath before transitioning his fast paced walk into a run, going around the figure and finally standing himself before her. 

“ This is probably my fifteenth time saying this—but is this your scarf? ”

My muse needs help creating the perfect snow angel. Their problem is every time they stand up, they leave a hand print and scuffs around the snow angel.
