Whenever I look at Sakuya's hair curl, I automatically think "that must take a lot of hair gel/spray, because that is NOT natural". Now, I can't stop picturing him having a daily routine of showering, drying off, putting his hair in curlers, and then putting that massive curl in gel/hair spray. I even snorted because I imagined him forgetting his routine so he just goes to school with that curl being a limp noodle, hanging in front of his face.

I always wonder about the thought process that went into his character design process. Especially after looking at his prototype version. All I could imagine was Strike being like “It’s either gonna be the earrings or THE CURL.”

But anyways, funny you ask this because awhile ago I got a silly headcanon similar to this one! It’s basically about Sakuya’s older sister influencing how he does his hair, with the usage of a hair curler. I MEAN SAKUYA WAS LIKE…9? AND HE STILL HAD THE CURL SOOO??? 

So who knows, maybe he was just born with “animu hair” or we can blame Watanuki nee-chan. HAHA I have a lot of feelings about their past, and I like to think there was sometimes fun/happy times too. OKay??? 

but it is also funny to imagine him having some kind of morning routine like that and Tsubaki and Team Melancholy just being like “?????” lol

“Leave me alone, dad!” ignore me.  Let him use a hair curler in peace man. 

But in reality I think it’s just anime logic at it again as usual. x) Like I think the only way Sakuya’s hair could be flat is if it was wet or something…. like:

Summary: “What do you want for breakfast?” he calls, getting out of bed and shuffling across the floor. Mahiru has gotten into the habit of keeping out any sunlight out of the house in the mornings, which is useful for when Kuro actually does something instead of turning into a cat and laying down.

“Whatever you want!” Mahiru replies, his voice muffled by the door. “Just hurry. We need to go farther for the new school.”

“Oh yeah,” Kuro yawns, closing his eyes and stretching his arms above his head. “Tsubaki blew the last one up, huh.”

Mahiru opens the door, sticking his head out. “Yes, he did. So now we have a different school, made the exact same way because C3 is meticulous.”

Kuro sighs at him. “Okay, okay. You’ll come out to a good breakfast, I promise.”

Mahiru’s expression turns soft. “I know.“

the headcanons with lilac made me smile so much xD so sweet and cute! and you were so fast! thank you so much~ anyways here I am again and I would love to have some relationship headcanons with Ryusei *^* (Could you maybe make him have a s/o who is quite clumsy? If not that's totally fine too :) )

ahhh, sure, sure! ٩(^ᴗ^)۶it might be because of the timezone but it mainly depends on my homework(??). for instance, today i had to study philosophy and art so it took me a while, however i hope you'll be satisfied ~Ryusei relationship headcanons:beginning:☞ i have the feeling that Ryusei would fall for someone akin to him. maybe someone simple and straightforward like him, or someone who has similar tastes. if we are talking about a girl, he'd prefer the tsundere tomboy type (i.e. misaka mikoto), someone who can stand up for herself without having to be protected. it's not that he doesn't like girly girls(??) but frilly dresses and nail polish kinda embarrass him.☞ he might see you for the first time when you are coming back from school or cram school in the evening. he's not the guy that believes in love at first sight and he usually veers off from people who aren't his friends because he's afraid of getting rejected. he'll write a mental note that he finds you cute but then he won't think too much about it.☞ however, you are bound to randomly see each other again: maybe bumping into each other in the streets or taking part in the same musical event. he will acknowledge your presence, but still not talk to you.☞ you'll end up sitting next to him on the bus and you'll strike up a conversation, maybe about the weather or the song he's listening to. you are going to to talk a lot during the journey and you'll decide to sit next to him even the day after.☞ you'll start getting to know each other, and he'll grow more and more enamoured of you. it will start at an innocent crush and then develop even more. he'll start to be more distracted and distant with his friends and Sakuya will investigate, taunting him until he spills out the truth.☞ Mahiru won't be able to help and would constantly feel embarrassed about the matter. also, his dating advice is even worse than Shamrock & Higan's. so don't listen to Mahiru, yo.☞ Sakuya is going to nag him about your identity until he lets the cat out of the bag, prompting him to ask you out, till Ryusei is so get up with his banter that he'll yell 'OKAY I'LL ASK THEM OUT, BUT SHUT UP!'. and then he will.☞ he's going to be direct. he's surprisingly calm about it, even though he's trembling inside because he thinks he'll be refused.dates:☞ dates with him aren't going to be something fancy because a doubt a student can afford classy restaurants or galas (i mean, a part from Misono). so he'll bring you to your favourite cd store to let you pick whatever you want and then bring you to a café to eat a sundae or some piece of cake together (he actually likes sweet things)☞ he'll always escort you home after school because, as much as he trusts you, he's the protective type. he will never ever admit it, though.☞ he thinks accompanying you shopping is too embarrassing, so he won't come with you, but he likes sport bras and simple lingerie because they come off more easily ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞ concerts! he likes music and will definitely come along if you want to listen to your favourite idol. he won't judge you if it's not his favourite type of music, but he'll stare daggers at whoever tries to touch you.☞ he always knows like... every gossip about celebrities, football players and so on. he's really funny so you'll definitely have a good time and laugh a lot at his pointed irony.☞ he likes places full of people and privacy is not at the top of his priorities. if he wants to kiss you he'll do it even in a square. besides, being totally alone with you might make him a little nervous.random things:☞ he's not the type that would show affection in public, he just likes to enjoy your closeness. he's in love with your voice, he could listen to you for hours and hours without getting tired.☞ he loves to to be with you because he doesn't have to pretend to be someone else to make himself likeable. he knows you will accept him without qualms.☞ since you are pretty clumsy, when he sees all your bruises and scratches he'll get angry/worried because he thinks someone is abusing or hurting you (lmao, it happens to me, too). you'll have to reassure him that that wasn't intentional and that you always trip or bump into random pieces of furniture.☞ he's going to laugh a little and then try to tend to your injuries (without good results, he's totally a klutz when it comes to bandaids), with the only result of tying himself up with the bandages. yeah, i know, we need Osamu Dazai here.☞ he likes to ride on a skateboard with you, but knowing how clumsy you are, you could easily be sent to the hospital with multiple broken ribs and a dislocated ankle so i would advice against pushing your luck.☞ he's the kind of guy who likes sending you text at every time of the day whether you are showering or taking notes during your philosophy class. just silence your phone when going out otherwise it's gonna get ugly.☞ he pretends he's not into cuddling ("tough people don't cuddle!") but he's actually a sucker for small kisses on his cheeks and snuggling in the sheets.☞ he likes to be physically close to you without having to show affection (because it's embarrassing!) so when it's raining he leave his umbrella at home on purpose, just to have an excuse to be at your side.☞ he's not into selfies and he doesn't want to get photographed, but you'll always end up trying to secretly take cute pictures of him (like 6258282 a day) but when you actually check them, you'll just see your fingers. such a shame.
