🌻Cozy nights🌻

There is something that calms the hell out of me when thinking of it and that's Stiles and Derek being relaxed. And I'm not talking about domestic Sterek, but more like Derek staying the night at Stiles. Derek coming to Stiles for help and for searching info, getting inside Stiles' bedroom through the open window and finding Stiles in his pajamas reading comic books. Derek would roll his eyes at the sight and Stiles' cheeks would get a little red and his lips would mutter 'what??' This time is different. Derek looks around better and he observes that Stiles made some changes. Derek observes the new posters on Stiles' wall and he takes a mental note on the 1985 Teen Wolf poster, he finds it hilarious and he knows Stiles sticked that to the wall just to make fun of his werewolves friends. Then he sees the Batman pillow sheets and those are new, but Derek knows Stiles loves Batman and DC universe. The Alpha also knows about Stiles' obsession with Star Wars. And then his eyes fall on the flags. He has never seen them anywhere near Stiles and Stiles has never mentioned anything about this side of him. Derek saddens a bit, blaming himself, the way he treated Stiles at the beginning, making the boy being afraid of him, afraid of being comfortable with Derek.. But things changed. And now Stiles is more than comfortable with Derek. Tonight Stiles asks Derek to stay. Ofc the reason was: 'Dude, you need to see the art at least. Ok you might not enjoy the idea, but give it a try. Maybe you're going to love comic books. I'm gonna show you my faves.' and ofc Derek let the lie slip through Stiles' lips. They spend the night together, looking through Stiles' comic books collection then, after some hours, when both of them got tired enough to let their worries aside, while Stiles fell with his head on Derek's lap, Derek allowed himself to burry his fingers through the boy's soft hair and then he dared asking Stiles about the flags... About himself... About his mom and that's the very first time Stiles felt like belonging again. // idk guys I'm just really emotional.

🌿I'll protect you🌿

You know, Stiles having nightmares hit me right in my guts as I used to be tormented by that too, for months and months. And I remember nothing could calm down, but my mom's embrace. And this hit me harder, as Stiles' mother died when Stiles was a kiddo. And therefore I always but always think of how Derek would calm down Stiles, how the only way for Stiles to have a few minutes of good sleep is to be embraced by Derek's arms, to feel the warmth of the wolf's body. So here's this messy drawing.

Don't ask, I was so motivated by @benaya-trash twitch live and her animation and I wanted to drawwwww smth cuteee. It's rusty because I haven't been drawing digitally since a long time ago.. But hopefully I'm gonna practice more. Also Derek Hale in shorts, during summer? Stiles made him wear it.

🌹Being ourselves🌹

Imagine this: Derek and Stiles finally decide to leave Beacon Hills for good, but together. They drive and drive and discover parts of each other's that they've kept hidden due to traumas. After months of being on the road and driving and seeing wonderful forests and scary mountains and warm waters of beautiful rivers, they finally find a small city. A small city where they feel like home, where Derek can be Derek and Stiles can be Stiles. Where Stiles finally can be confident with his intelligence and capabilities and with his feelings for Derek, as well where Derek can be soft, letting his walls fall down and where Derek can feel protected by their home and by the man he loves the most.

🌹Good morning🌹

One day, Stiles can't take it anymore. The stress is huge. He fell asleep on Derek's couch after they tried their best to find out who wants them killed. He wakes up, not that he slept more than 3 hours, and he wanders through Derek's kitchen. He finds this old cigarette holder and he looks inside. There are only 2 cigarettes. He sighs and takes one. He needs to. He needs to stop thinking. He feels the panic building up inside his body. His fingers tremble as the match lit up the cigarette. He feels pathetic. He has never smoked but he doesn't care at all. At the first breath in he chokes on the smoke. He curses under his breath. He doesn't want to wake up Derek. He tries again and the tears start falling. He's a fucking mess. His lips tremble onto the cigarette as he supports his palms onto the kitchen countertop.

'You need to inhale slowly.' Derek's voice echoes through the loft's walls. Stiles wipes his tears away before facing the wolf.

'I never smoked.' Stiles' voice breaks. Derek looks at the boy and walks closer. Stiles breaks down as soon as Derek touches one of his shoulders. The wolf keeps his calm and pulls Stiles into a tight embrace. The shaking boy sinks into the hug and sobs softly.

'It's ok, Stiles. We'll be ok...'
