hello, sweetie! uh, I’m not good at tutorials, but I’ll try 

first of all, you need to know how to make a simple gif.

after that, it’s time to add text.

okay, so click on horizontal type tool

Now you have to choose your font color and size

after that, click on your gif and type your text wherever you want.

DON’T SAVE YOUR GIF YET.

now, I’ll explain how I add borders on text.

Select your text frame and layer. Okay.

so, now click on that and it’ll open the layer style window

select stroke

It’ll open a new layer style window where there are more effects

you have to choose your border color and size I’m making my size 2 and black. After that, click OK

Now, to apply the stroke to all the frames, you should click on Match layer across frames. A new window will shows up, click OK.
