✧ ‧₊˚ ⚠️ ⋮ Thinking about referring to the heads of S.H.C.E simply as the founders soley instead lately. Heads of S.H.C.E sounds kinda formal, structured and organized– Something S.H.C.E kinda isn't all the time. Sounds TO business-y to me kinda I dunno.
I also want to put an emphasis on community and that everyone who is affiliated with S.H.C.E is apart of it and the reason the program can exist and help people. It can be the founders and those in the contract itself doing jobs, but also social workers, sponsors, theripasts, ect are heavily involved w/ S.H.C.E despite not being exactly apart of the program in the same way the founders and employees are.
Like what really helped me realize this are two of my characters specifically who are involved with social work who help out w/ getting resources for the members of S.H.C.E.. One's a social worker of sorts who primarily works at shelters, and the other is like a chill landlord who helps w/ housing.
I think landlord used to be apart of S.H.C.E at some point and got involved in social work through the program. Shelter social worker is actually named Jagger he'll be mentioned more in the future.
But like, these two are really important within S.H.C.E as they help out a lot w/ resources; but they also help out in programs not related to S.H.C.E at all. Despite that, they aren't "lesser" than the "heads" of S.H.C.E and are SUPER vital to the whole program.
And also I was thinking of the departments and heads of S.H.C.E; I'm reworking them a bit as before the series was SUPERRR action heavy so I really only focused on how the departments could relate to action n stuff.. And when I was reworking it like oh hey this is important enough to be a thing/department I need to make another character for this department I guess I realized WOW that'd be a lot of freaking characters and intricate complicated stuff that I feel like I'm making more complicated for no reason by having what's seen as a "department" so strict wowwwwwww okok... like a lot of responsibilities and programs just generally tied together it'd also be hard to separate.
Uhmm what am I even saying. Yeah a lot of stuff is changing o_<
But by referring to the heads of S.H.C.E as they founders I think it shows their importance within the agency + gives me more room to figure out their actual responsibilities and what they specialize in as CHARACTERS not as a department. I dunno yayyy!!
