Okay, but…

After visiting Chim, when he was in the hospital for the rebar, Buck is walking out. He hears someone ask for Howard Han’s room.

Stopping, Buck turns and sees a worried guy who looks like a walking sculpture of Ancient Greek gods.

“I-I was just in that room. If you wa-want me to, I can show you. I’m Buck, by the way.”

“Tommy. And thanks, I’d appreciate it.”

Blah blah blah. Season 1 has Buck’s bi-wakening, Abby is completely peripheral. Basically forgotten.

Maybe Tommy and Buck stay together during Eddie and Buck’s blooming friendship.

Maybe they don’t.

Maybe all three end up together. Listen if I can have an OT3 in Leverage and in Ted Lasso, I can have it here.🤷‍♀️

But if anyone wants to do a rewriting of s1 with Tommy and Buck meeting and dating… I’m all here for it.

Chapter 9 is Back For Good:  

Max and Alex help Rosa adjust to her new life, while coping with government conspiracies. Michael hasn’t quite learned his lesson about secrets after Maria gets a chilling visit from Jesse. Liz Ortecho returns to town, much to Max’s delight and dismay.

And with Liz’s return, the gang’s all here, and we march towards our next big plot point (which I’m sure everyone can guess).

The last nine years for Michael & Alex – the ups, the downs, the secrets, the marriage, the move to Roswell, and the return.

I heard maybe people liked some soft malex, so here’s a whole chapter that’s just them and their lives over the last nine years, before we get back into the alien action next week.

Summary: When Max can’t bring Rosa back on that fateful night, he, Michael, and Isobel embark on a new path that leads to UNM and completely different destinies. What they can't escape is that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

This week, in All That She Wants: 

Isobel stumbles across a puzzling new case and enlists some local (and very attractive) help, Michael has a run-in with Jesse Manes that leaves him on high alert, and the pod squad finds out they might not be the only aliens in town.

An AU in which Max Evans decides to become a doctor, not a deputy. He, Isobel, and Michael go to UNM together, but the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Chapter 3 is This Used To Be My Playground:

Isobel meets a handsome (yet slightly off-putting) new coworker, Max and Deputy Valenti reach a truce, and Michael’s keeping secrets from the pod squad.
