All of this happening while Cas is just Chilling in Sam's room... and that he later moves to laying on Sam's bed after he has upsetting flashbacks about being under the attack dog spell/getting beat near to death by MOC!Dean... not Cas moving from the chair to Sam's bed because he was Upset and needed the comfort to calm himself down because Sam wasn't there himself... hold on I am THINKING
