2 beach lots are compatible on the map, most of us hate beach lots, but the current is stronger here . . . the sand seems to sink into the depths.

These are some shots of my wip hood ‘Beau Monde Bay’ which of course the meaning is to be of elite status so sims who really appreciate wealth, power, arts, high society, fashion, technology & science, medicine, etc. I imagine this kinda in resemblance now to my own version of sims in the urbz city where there were mostly high society and city sims which happens to be my favorite sims console game hints why I am super excited to play in this hood soon! I love modern everything and pretty much every lot is set up to be some kind of modern or modern contemporary design (although some have to be edited and also i have more to place down on those empty lots). Basically if you want to live in this town with the starting pay its basically like you HAVE to get an apartment and work your way up because all of the homes are very nice and cost a pretty penny which of course is what attracts all the high society and elite sims but downtownie sims keep it interesting and bring a lot of rich culture to the city. Plus the beach area is going to be very touristy because there are 2 amusemnt parks, a club/bar, bowling alley, arcade, a strip mall, and a seafood house! 

But my literal favorite thing rn is the residential area! I can imagine so many beautiful families and households living there. There’s a park directly in the area as well as some common local community lots/fast food. Neighboring adjacent from there is most of the community square area and schools not too far away. I’ve always wanted a city yet suburban type hood with just tons of modern architecture and I’m happy I finally started this project and am excited to finish it(which I am clearly far from lol) !
