Today, I am so excited to showcase S2A modular homes. I had the opportunity yesterday to seat in a webinar conducted by Brian Kuzdas, CEO & co-founder of S2A Modular Homes. He explained to us the ins-and-outs of modular homes and the future of this industry. We got to see pictures of how they construct modular homes and the final product. By the way, the final product is absolutely amazing (just look at the picture). It looks like a fully decked-out net-zero million dollar smart home that you see in Hollywood. Plus, they use PV Graf technology on all of their self-sustaining smart homes. This is the future of solar. I will write more about PV Graf Technology in my next post. One of the main things that I really look forward to is being part of the revitalization of impoverished areas throughout the nation. These are the areas that normally wouldn't receive an infusion of funds from large traditional private equity investors/developers. These are the areas that are vacant, abandoned, have a higher amount of homelessness, are distressed and in need of rebuilding. Within these areas of cities in designated opportunity zones there are tax incentives for investors. When aquired most will be designed to supply various types of communities. These projects will accommodate front street retail shopping, eateries/ restaurants, office space, affordable housing, condos, apartments, mixed-use providing entertainment, convenience stores, provide jobs, places of education, and easy accessibility to transportation.
