Hello guys,

I need some help. I would love to once again learn how to combine two meshes together, I mean combine top and pants/skirts etc. If any of you know a good tutorial where everything is explained in a easy way, I would appreciate if shared. And what is a good working link to Milkshape 3D? I found one online butmy Windows prevents me from installing as it find some malware there (don't know if Windows is a little bit too protective and finds viruses that don't exist).

Orchard trees - only one LOD state?

Guys, I need your help.

I’m working on a project of orchard trees with no leaves in winter and so far it’s going great but I found three txtr and lifo files called orchardtreelod90-leavesdormant, orchardtreelod90-leavesdormantsnow and orchardtreelod90-leavesfullsnow and there is an issue.

For some reason, these lod textures (as I understand them) never show up in game! Only orchardtreelod90-leavesfull texture shows up, all the time, always, doesn’t matter if trees are dormant or not and if it’s snowing or not.

I know little about LODs so I ask you for help. Do you know how to fix this? I want my leafless trees replacement to properly show up in neighorhood view but my dormant LOD texture replacement doesn’t work because of this issue...

And if your trees become properly brownish/snowy in winter in neighborhood view, can you please tell me? Because then it would mean a problem in my own game.

does anyone have the installer for simpe for ts2? the site gives me a 503 error when i try to go to it. i dont know how to manually install it and my simpe broke..i got UC

Bed frame bug - need help

Does anybody know what this bug is and how to fix it? I’ve had it for AGES on multiple beds and never found a solution. It looks like some beds take a recolor of the Cheap Eazzzzze bed for some reason? Even if I have a default replacement for it. Using a designer tool on them and then cancelling always helps but it’s just very irritating!

Hi there. I am just coming back after a 2 year hiatus from Sims 2 and discovered your amazing works. I was trying to install Stater pack on a laptop running Vista, and I not having any luck. I do have Sims 2 UC from Origin on my pc, but as I am sure you know that Origin stopped supporting Vista so I have not been able to install from there either.

I think .I am following everything correctly and it when it finishes it appears like it downloaded everything, but I do not get any of the game files with either of the web installer or standalone ....Am I misunderstanding that this installs the game ? Thank you for any tips you may have. I appreciate all of your hard work on this.

The Web Installer should download everything. It should extract to the directory you apply in the installer (usually program files - x86 if you're on 64-bit). I don't recommend using unsupported Windows versions for it though: there could be some kind of incompatibility with the extraction plugins used, preventing the files from extracting. Standalone comes as a .7z archive, linked in the guide, that needs to be extracted first before you can install via the touchup launcher.

So, I have clean templates and notownieregen installed, but I keep getting townies in my BaCC hood. Should I just wipe it and start fresh with a hood I know is clean, or can I fix this?
