I know there are several fixes and permanent ways around it so you never have to think about it, but just theoretically speaking/to satisfy my curiosity because I’ve always wondered: Does anyone know if firstborn syndrome happens at the time of conception or at the time of birth?

(I feel like I have to stipulate here that this is about The Sims 2 and not real life in case this post ends up in the wrong hands somewhere outside my orbit and they think “what in the actual fuck”)

does anyone have the installer for simpe for ts2? the site gives me a 503 error when i try to go to it. i dont know how to manually install it and my simpe broke..i got UC

no judgement of my build skills please so long as it’s functional i don’t care hey, so, this is ... happening. i’m currently in build/buy mode on an empty lot down from this one, & the house next to it is mostly showing up, except for the front of the upper floor ? it happens a lot in hood view, too, & i usually just ignore it deal with it, but i figure i’ll ask - does anyone know why the house does this ? is it cause the roofs are too low, or is it something which has a mod fix ? any help would be very much appreciated !

Finicky recolors...

Hello, friends! Lately I've had a weird issue where I'll make recolors of custom objects using SimPE and the recolors will only show up sometimes or not at all. I've play tested them on two computers with all expansions (one with almost no CC and one with a ton). I've used the meshes to recolor the files, not other recolors. Despite this, the problem presists. Can anyone of y'all kind peeps help me?

Help me please... what is going on with my game... I can hear the music the introdution but is all white. I am depressive in the moment very down and  that is something I really do not need. I use GRM and nothing... placed the -w and nothing.... Help please

Help - Sims 2 Witch English Spells

Hello!

i found 2 mods that translate the "latin" default game's Witch spells to english to understand them better

the one is this from pandora (18+ site) (Easy spell description mod changes the cryptic spell names and descriptions in the game to something A LOT easier to understand)

the second is this

The thing i tried both and they both don't completly work..?

spells looks like this, only freeze time has translated..

Can anyone help me? or does anyone haves solution or fix?

i am playing the ultimate collection.

Season Setter / Sim Manipulator

I’m looking for a way to change seasons per household, because I’m getting to the point where I end up having to play 5-6 summers in a row and it’s boring. According to this thread there’s a mod called the Season Setter at Simwardrobe but that place has been down for a while, does anyone know if this has been re-uploaded anywhere or does anyone have it to re-upload?

Alternatively the same thread suggests something called the Sim Manipulator which I have never heard of before... and looking at the thread it says it has like... a million different options, which makes me suspicious and I don’t like it. Does anyone have any experience with it? Is it worth using?

Or alternatively is there some other way to be able to set seasons? :(
