Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

Here we are with another build. This is my version of the Britechester University dorms - given that I thought they needed some renovations! 

As always this build contains no CC and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.

It’s called Ubrite dorms 1 (there is also a version 2 that I might share later) and it’s located on one of the penthouse lots in Britechester.

It has 10 bedrooms, each one with its own tiny bathroom, + common bathrooms downstairs. It has a common kitchen and plenty of common spaces (included a cafeteria) and seats. Everything is play tested and should work properly!

Use the moveobjects cheat before placing the lot!

How to download:

Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).

Download the file and unzip it.

Place all the files in your Tray folder (...Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).

That’s it! Load your game and this lot will be in your gallery ✨❣

Residence Pacifique : other room

I present the common rooms of the residence. There is a ballroom, an Olympic size for swimming pool, a dance floor. There is also a room to store garbage cans, a rooftop garden, a game room.
