Hi friends! Today, I’m thrilled to present what I consider my masterpiece: Villa Maria, a stunning Italian villa nestled in the beautiful world of Tartosa. The villa stands out for its 18th-century architecture and the vast, picturesque land that surrounds it. On the property, you’ll find a spacious greenhouse that has been transformed into a luxurious wedding venue. Bathed in natural light and adorned with white flowers, it offers a breathtaking setting where your Sims can say “I do.” Inside the villa, there are seven elegant guest rooms, including two presidential suites. The amenities are just as impressive: a full restaurant, swimming pool and relaxing massage area are all included. Near the greenhouse, you’ll also find two special rooms designed as bride and groom glam suites, perfect for those final touches before the ceremony. Art DeGoth (Early Access)

Hey everyone! It’s finally here.

For the past few months, I’ve been completely obsessed with the idea of merging two of my favorite architectural styles. Art Deco felt a bit too "jazzy" for what I had in mind, and pure Gothic felt too medieval. I wanted something imposing, vertical, and strictly geometric.

This set was a massive challenge for my inner architectural critic. I wanted to create a modular system that allows you to build towering academies, ominous city halls, or luxurious, brooding skyscrapers.

It comes with 18 objects:

2 Round Windows

1 Front door

6 Column elements

2 Spandrels

2 Parapets

5 Wall decorations

To find all the objects and items just type in "ART DEGOTH" into the search bar.

I try to make my CC well optimized, so they require as little memory as possible Some objects share the same texture for optimization and saving memory. Don't delete them as some objects may get affected. They're tagged as "TEXTURE" at the end of the package name.

Decided I needed a break from empire/biedermeier. I love decorating rooms in this eclectic style, all though this drawing room is pretty tame. The more the merrier, next time I may go all out.
