The archives contain information about all the weird and unusual phenomena that has happened in our lovely little town. You can always find local Scientists here trying to brush up on research.

During my legacy challenge I found myself visiting the library lot in Willow Creek a lot. I figured I might as well updated it to look better than what comes with the game so here you go. Fully renovated with base game only items.

There’s also a pseudo café and a kid’s place as well.

Jinbocho Book Street 📚📖 Retro Japanese Stores [NOCC]

Hi! I’m sharing a build for the first time. This lot has a very retro feel and contains a bookstore, an antique store, and a back alley cafe.

This lot is based on Jinbocho from Persona 5, which is based on the real location of Jinbocho in Japan. The antique store interior is based on the antique store from Fatal Frame 5.

Bookstore 1F: functional cashier space 2F: library/reading room with nooks, computer desks and a bathroom. All displayed books can be sold.

Second-hand books/manga store 2F: has a small manga reading/board game area (recommended CC: Studio-K Manga Bookshelves)

Antique store: functional store, be careful of route failure if the sim can’t reach them. I recommend selling only objects that are slotted and in the front. 2F has a small bathroom.

Cafe 1F: Barista station and bathroom. 2F: Cafe seats. 3F: Board games and darts.

Exterior: has more storefront shells and an apartment shell in the back

This library was inspired by the one at the university I attended (and where I worked during a few years of college).  I did what I could with the narrow lot, the real library is sprawled out at angles from the clock tower.  But fun fact, the real library is also the building made with the most bathroom tiles of any building or something like that.  The entire outside, really. 😁

Sim-tech University Library consists of two different buildings which are connected with a glass bridge from the upper floors.The main mass has 3 floors and the other mass has 2 floors. The main mass includes main entrance, reading rooms, conference room and a small art gallery. The other mass has computer lab inside where you can have fast internet, small cafeteria and another reading room. Main aim is to allow the pedestrian circulation to continue through the road and between the buildings. A part of nature as an interior landscape in the centre of the building has been proposed. Shading panels are designed. Metal mesh has been used to avoid disturbing sun effect in the reading room.
