Parking Latte Coffeetruck

I tried Kqhartx challenge in building a foodtruck. Thankfully, they gave us a lot of freedom in this challenge including using CC and changing walls if needed. I've been thinking about building a foodtruck for a long time now, so when I saw this challenge I was like "HELL YES, I'M DOING IT". And here we are.

20x15 lot

Was saved as residential but you can easily convert it into a coffeeshop.

Playtested with bb.moveobjects turned on

CC is partly included, another part must be downloaded manually through CC-list

Deco sims were not saved with the build (frozen people are by @starrysimsie @lazysimmie and others)

You will also need Get Together EP for this to work as coffeeshop especially since some of CC objects require this DLC.

Jinbocho Book Street 📚📖 Retro Japanese Stores [NOCC]

Hi! I’m sharing a build for the first time. This lot has a very retro feel and contains a bookstore, an antique store, and a back alley cafe.

This lot is based on Jinbocho from Persona 5, which is based on the real location of Jinbocho in Japan. The antique store interior is based on the antique store from Fatal Frame 5.

Bookstore 1F: functional cashier space 2F: library/reading room with nooks, computer desks and a bathroom. All displayed books can be sold.

Second-hand books/manga store 2F: has a small manga reading/board game area (recommended CC: Studio-K Manga Bookshelves)

Antique store: functional store, be careful of route failure if the sim can’t reach them. I recommend selling only objects that are slotted and in the front. 2F has a small bathroom.

Cafe 1F: Barista station and bathroom. 2F: Cafe seats. 3F: Board games and darts.

Exterior: has more storefront shells and an apartment shell in the back

Hi everyone! I finally finished my makeover of Windenburg old town square, aka Provence Square in my save file*. I’m happy I can share all of it with you! I’ve not been building for a long time in The Sims 4, but I have fun creating builds and stories and sharing them with such a lovely community.

For these three lots, I wanted to add to the architectural style of Windenburg, but with my own touch, and also recreate (as much as possible in The Sims 4) the kind of aesthetic of some beautiful villages you can find in the south of France (where I’m originally from). It’s more about feelings and memories than accuracy, but I’m quite happy with the final result.
