TS4: Korean BBQ, PC cafe & Karaoke (community lot)

Hello, Simmers *-*

Something a little different today :)

I found this lot I created a long time ago on my gallery.

It's a 30x30 lot, placed at San Myshuno (at that karaoke bar's lot). But any lot the same size will do :)

It's part of a Korean street I was working on a few months ago.

There's a BBQ restaurant, a PC cafe (PC bang), a Karaoke (noraebang) and this area outside with food stalls, tables and lights. 

It's labed as a generic lot. If you want it to work as a restaurant, just change it.But you'll have to delete the grills that are at the tables, or the waiter won't be able to give you your order (and they'll get mad lol).

If you keep it as a generic lot, you'll be able to sit at any table and grill your own food (that makes it look more like a korean restaurant in my opinion).

I used many packs, but's all CC free.

You can find it in the gallery (it's the first thing I'll be sharing there by the way) ^^

Search for 'channel4sims' ID or hashtag. Or the name of the lot 'Korean BBQ, PC & Karaoke'.

I'm thinking of sharing the CC lots on Patreon and the CC free lots in the gallery.

If you want to make it more realistic, you can check my other posts and download Korean posters, outdoors, etc to use in this lot :)

Fladermus Bend Nightclub - 30x30 - Forgotten Hallow - Nightclub - No CC

Hello all,

So I know I made a previous nightclub in Forgotten Hallow but i didn’t like it much so here is another one. Here it is with halloween only a week away!

This one was a tomb once and it is forgotten who or what was buried there. One day someone came and saw the potential to turn it into a underground nightclub to have lively people visit the town and this happened.

It is said people who went there would come out with lost memories and bite marks, and when the word got out about this another type of supernatural found their way to the club and then began the feud between the two groups. Of course the legends of the lots past made the club even hotter.

I used items from Realm of Magic, Vampires and Get Together. The theme of the club is spellcasters(witches) vs. vampires since in most of the literature they don’t get along.

In my game there are 2 clubs for witches and vampires and both of their hang out is this club. It gets pretty chaotic when vampires keep feeding and spellcasters using their powers, lol.

I built a three different little Yatai with Snowy Escape, and this is the second yatai I did, and I have to say this is my favorite, and it was completely improvised because I only intended to do two, but then this one came out and I loved it xD.

Construí tres pequeños Yatai diferentes utilizando Snowy Escape, y este es el segundo que hice, y tengo que decir que es mi favorito, y fue completamente improvisado porque solo tenía la intención de hacer dos, pero luego salió esto y me encantó xD.

Simblr Update:

I have decided to keep my tumblr up and stay active with my recolors and posts unless Tumblr decides to start deleting my shit for no reason. BUT I am also going to actively be on the search for another platform and will make another Update post when I choose one!
