is anyone else having issues with making occult sims and some cc or is it just me? this happens with my alien and then in cas when making different occults, even though they shouldn't interfere with eachother cuz they're different categories, they make the others disappear

Arthur: We need to talk about your behaviour. I can have you in the press every five seconds for something as small as what dress you wore! You need to be an effort to stay out of their attention

Madeline: That's easier said then done. I haven't done anything to warrant this attitude towards me

Arthur: You've been emotional.

Madeline: How is being emotional a bad thing? I've just lost my mother!

Arthur: And I've lost my wife and love. So has Mary, Victoria and Victor. But do you see them crying for attention? No! You see them following the no complaining rule. They stand strong.

Madeline: But I can't do that.. Dad, please. I just.. I just can't keep doing this.

Arthur: What do you mean? You can't keep doing this?

Madeline: Showing my face and showing people that I am alright. I'm not. I can't sleep, I can hardly eat. I just don't want to be in this life anymore.

Arthur: Oh Maddy..

Madeline: *starts to cry*

Arthur: You need to toughen up. You're letting people, the press, walk over you for light entertainment. Trust me, they wouldn't pick on you if you wasn't an easy target.

Madeline: An easy target?

Arthur: The emotional princess. You wouldn't of been giving that title if she kept it together. I understand the pain, but you need to understand that duty comes before our own personal feelings.

Madeline: I don't want to do this duty anymore.. Father..

Arthur: It's in your blood, you were born into this role. You'll be good at it in time. I promise you.

Madeline: It's still not what I want to do with my life.

Arthur: What do you want?

Madeline: To be free...

Arthur: *snorts* Madeline, you are as free as ever. Don't play this game with me. You can't expect mass wealth to come at no cost. Now please, leave. We will discuss this after your mothers funeral. Which I expect to be the only thing on the front papers.. not you.

En route to Komorebi

Chelsea: So we have two nights in Komorebi. With the wedding tomorrow, I don't think we should plan anything just yet. So on the second day, is there anything you want to see? We could possibly get entrance to the Komorebi National museum or even the Fine art Royal Collection? Madeline?

Madeline: Hmm?

Chelsea: Have you not been listening?

Madeline: No.. I just. I don't want to do this. This wedding, going to Komorebi. Why couldn't Albion wishing congratulations  suffice?

Chelsea: Madeline..

Madeline: I just don't see the need to go away from home like this? I've just lost my mother yet father keeps me busy and ignores my pleas.

Chelsea: That's not true. He does listen. Madeline, you are part of a bigger thing. You can't be expected to sit and twiddle your thumbs, you need to show a strong front. You're duty comes before any personal issues

Madeline: I don't agree..

Chelsea: See, that doesn't matter.. The country comes first.

Chelsea: You will learn, you're still young.

Madeline: Young but hating my own life. How's that fair? The country could do without me

Chelsea: That's enough! No more, please, I need to do the schedule..

Madeline: *Walks off, starting to cry* I wish you understood.

Mary: Hey, Mads? Can I talk?

Madeline: Yeah sure, what about?

Mary: Your duty..

Madeline: Urgh, what of it? Has father sent you?

Mary: No! No! I just heard that he sent you on the AlbionFest awards.. I just want to give some advice. Sister to sister, if that is okay?

Madeline: I guess so..

Mary: You need to not be you. Don't be Madeline the person.

Madeline: What do you mean?

Mary: At these events you are just an object. So they can stare at you and take photos. They don't need a person, just an object that smiles and nods at the right moments. Be like that. I know its hard, but try not to show emotion.

Madeline: But that's so stupid? I hate this! Mary, I want to be a person. I want to be me! Not some robot!

Mary: In your own time, you can be Madeline the person. But in the public, you are whatever they want of you, and you don't complain...

Mary: Good luck tomorrow, I'm sure you will do well.
