A parallel I think about a lot in the show Merlin is during the second part of The Sword in the Stone (S4Ep13) when Isolde is dying in Tristan's arms and all she says is "Just hold me". And then, in the very last ep of the series; Diamond of the Day pt 2 (S5Ep13) when Arthur is dying in Merlins arms, he shushes Merlin and says "Just....just hold me"
