I am currently rewatching Buffy with a friend who never watched Buffy before. After watching Fool for Love, where Angel asked Spike „since when are you talking like this?“ my friend - bless him - asked me if all vampires become British when they are turned.

And I don’t know what he was thinking, but I do very much love the idea that all vampire demons who take over your body might originally not come from hell, but from England.

in this ep, we got the aftermath for the second fight + a bit of the third

ngl i didn't think they would animate that Iida panel but they did anyways- i was slightly disturbed

overall, 9/10 cuz uh- trauma flashbacks ain't fun to watch, but the entirety of the episode is rly good
