Who's the better one-off character? (Loser's Bracket)
Phoebe Green (played by Amanda Pays in "Fire")
Phoebe (played by Constance Zimmer in "First Person Shooter")
Phoebe Green: I can kinda admire how hateable she was with so little screentime
Phoebe: Being a female game dev in the 90s... man i don't blame her for [episode spoilers] accidentally making a video game character that kills people.

To jog your memory, here are the episodes they're from:
Fire: Mulder investigates the deaths of British dignitaries at the behest of an old girlfriend from Oxford. Cecil L'Ively is a pyrokinetic: he has the ability to start fires with his mind, and he wants Sir Malcolm Marsden's wife.
First Person Shooter: The Lone Gunmen summon Mulder and Scully to the headquarters of a video game design company when the new virtual-reality game, which the Gunmen helped design, is taken over by a bizarre female computer character whose power is much more than virtual.
back from the dead to appreciate the range of justin briner’s voice acting ability
Does anyone else remember the absolute worst episode of the X-Files? Because I sure didn't.
House overhears a patient tell Wilson to "Say hi to Sarah!" -> House asks who Sarah is, Wilson says the patient has dementia and it's her granddaughter -> House doesn't buy it so he snoops through Wilsons car -> House finds needles and what looks like weed in Wilsons car while on the phone with Foreman and Taub, and tells them he was worried Wilson might have had a drug problem but it's actually "something much worse" -> House ambushes Wilson at his condo with the needles, dried leaves, and a box covering something -> House lifts up the box dramatically revealing.... a cat. A diabetic cat. It was catnip and insulin needles -> House hates the cat and claims no one will want to sleep with Wilson because of it -> House attempts to gaslight him into thinking he's allergic to it -> Eventually, as a peace offering, House sets mice free is Wilson's condo for the cat to catch and gets the ragweed (that Wilson's allergic to) out of where he hid it in the vents.
How can anybody watch the cold opening for "Field of Fire" (s7e13) and still think that Miles and Julien don't go to the holosuites to fuck? It's not even subtext anymore, they're literally telling this lieutenant that it's their intimate private relaxation time that nobody else is invited to
Who's the better one-off character? (Loser's Bracket Round 2)
Jade Blue Afterglow (played by Krista Allen in "First Person Shooter
Bart "Zero" Liquori (played by Jack Black in "D.P.O.")
Jade Blue Afterglow: I liked to think she was more into Scully than Mulder. But that's just my opinion. Either way she looks great and references Xena.
Bart "Zero" Liquori: what a character name. also jack black.

D.P.O: Mulder is skeptical over a coroner's report regarding the fifth person to be struck by lightning in a small Oklahoma town. Their investigation into the latest death seems to point to the only person to have survived a lightning strike, an emotionally charged youth.
