     Steve dying and Bucky having to figure out how to live without him. Which I       thought of and wrote before Endgame ever came out. …and I kinda wish           thats what happened

9: Were there any alternate versions of this fic?

There was a start of an alternate version, which I planned to be darker and angstier, and maybe have Bucky working for SHIELD, I hadn’t figured that part out yet I don’t think, but it never made it very far.

13: What music did you listen to, if any, to get in the mood for writing this story? Or if you didn’t listen to anything, what do you think readers should listen to to accompany us while reading?

You’d think I’d say I listened to Cold Arms by Mumford and Sons, since that inspired the title of the story, but I didn’t lol. I seriously was just inspired for the title when I was listening to it in the car. I actually couldn’t really get into any music while writing this, which is weird for me because I listen to music more than I watch TV normally.

As for what I think readers should listen too? I... have no idea? The funny thing is, before I really started writing, I planned to try to have a playlist to go with it. But once I started actually writing, I decided that would be way too much work so I ditched the idea. This has me stumped and now I’m considering going through with the playlist idea lol

WIP Tag game

I got tagged by @sablessx and @pineau-noir for the 7-7-7 WIP tag game, and while I have a few WIPs, none have reached the magical 7 pages....

However, when reading through my WIPs, I came across this gem from my creative writing...

Paul nodded. “Starting at the very beginning, I see. How much do you remember from your biology classes?”

“Not much. I wasn’t the best student.” He seemed to think he owed Patrick an explanation.

“[Longwinded description of primary and secondary sex characteristics]. Are you with me so far?”

“I may not have been the best student, though I was rather good at applied biology.” Behind Paul, Patrick started laughing.

“I do remember.” Paul hesitated, knowing that explaining Alphas and Omegas would go faster if the Omega in questions wasn’t in full-on heat-brain. “How are you feeling, B? Feel like jumping Patrick or Martin over there?”

For context, Paul’s best friend has gone into full-blown Omega!verse Heat. His friend is not aware he is an Omega. Paul has brought him to a “safe” Alpha and is in the process of explaining what is happening to his friend.
