The nearly poetic words reminded Ravus of something his mother would have said to him, years passed when he would have approached her for advice over some matter or another. Time had long since jaded him from those simpler times, but he was still capable of appreciating wisdom, no matter how... verbose.
“No, I imagine not,” he said quietly, glancing to Alhannon. “Though, I am hardly stranger to a headache.” He suspected the antics of his sister would grace him with another one soon enough, whether or not he expected it.
There was truth in it, of course, and he simply sighed heavily, offering a nod of acknowledgement. Even if he didn’t abide to the suggested advice, at least the words had sank in.
