bad behavior;
At first, it was only for her own entertainment.
The vampire amused herself at the expenses of a few members of the Jeju hunter association, especially in the lonely nights were the moon and the stars refused to shine their faint light over the island and consequently were unable to provide their biggest admirer any kind of entertainment. One might say that sneak upon a hunter on duty and guard was the same of having some sort of death wish, and Serin would be inclined to agree if and only if she wasn’t already dead.
However, she enjoyed their most diverse reactions. A mischievous smirk teased her reddish lips at the memories she kept over her encounters with some hunters, the younger ones always so greedily ready for any kind of retaliation slowly became her favorites, they always made the challenge worth it. Most of them had a temper just as bad as hers were, it was interesting to say the least.
Utilizing her enhanced agility abilities, the young vampire rapidly overhauled her new target as she made sure the leaves and the dry branches danced along at the sound of her speed before leaning her back against the stem of a bigger tree, creating a somewhat dramatic scenario for a cliché horror movie. Serin was an artist, after all, the thought of a complete package for a simple joke was still too tempting for her to refuse.
“Isn’t it too late for little girls to keep on wandering alone in the woods?” The teasing was overly evident on her silk voice tone, a wicked amusement graced her soft features as for just a small splint of second her hazel orbs flashed crimson, only to come back to the original color by the time she offered the other a ghostly smile.
“You’re kind of lucky I was the one around, I’m sure most of my kind would probably be a little less welcoming not to mention the big bad wolves.” She shrugged elegantly, tilting her head in the other’s direction. “What’s your name, pretty thing? You shouldn’t worry much, I won’t let they do bad things to you.” A soft giggle escaped her reddish lips, the overly excitement she held on doing something so foolish sometimes made her wonder if she wasn’t being a little childish, but it didn’t matter.
It was, after all, her only excuse for a bad behavior.
