who cooks normally?: Tohru cooks more often than not (because she loves when he eats her cooking, and especially adores making meals when they have company), but Kyo also enjoys helping out every now and again with side dishes and sometimes surprises her with romantic meals out of the blue.
how often do they fight?: Never, Tohru is literally incapable of fighting. If there is ever any tifts, it’s purely on Kyo’s side and usually involves himself feeling like he isn’t good enough for her (which Tohru will promptly disagree with).
what do they do when they’re away from each other?: Kyo is always practicing his martial arts or something equally athletic that relates to his training (sidenote: he likes to show off his progress to Tohru) and Tohru has taken up a habit of gardening in her free time.
nicknames for each other?: They wouldn’t start giving each other pet names until a few months into their relationship, I think (excluding the occasional kyo-chan/kyo-kun when Tohru gets excited). When they do, however, it would be a lot of playful and affectionate ‘dummy’s and ‘silly’s from Kyo and something sweet like ‘honey’ or ‘kitten’ from Tohru.
who is more likely to pay for dinner?: Kyo. As rugged as he may be, he is also ever the gentleman and refuses to let her pay for any meals when they go out. Tohru finds this charming and doesn’t protest because she knows it makes him happy to know he can provide for her.
who steals the covers at night?: Tohru, definitely, but she steals them in the form of wrapping them around herself and then wrapping her (now burrito) form around Kyo.
what would they get each other for gifts?: Tohru loves, I repeat LOVES to make things for Kyo. Anything from a simple card to a second bracelet to soften the painful implications of his other (reminding him he is still worth the world to her), she would hand-make anything and everything to see him smile. Kyo, on the other hand, would take pride in saving up his money to buy Tohru the finer things in life that he knows she would go without otherwise -- this sometimes means a fancy new ribbon for her hair or a mixer for her kitchen, maybe even a new sundress to wear on a picnic.
who remembers things?: Both and neither. They’re both terrible at remembering important events like tests and obligations they aren’t particularly excited for, but they also both tend to pick up on little passing things that they mention to one another. Tohru loves writing down every time she learns something new about Kyo and his hobbies or memories.
who cusses more?: Kyo. The only time Tohru has ever cussed was once when she stubbed her toe hard enough to bruise it and Kyo almost had a heart attack.
what would they do if the other one was hurt?: Remeber Tohru taking care of Yuki when he was sick? Imagine that times one hundred. She would refuse to leave his side unless she needed to get something to help him, constantly running her hands through his hair and along his back to soothe him. She would become his personal nurse. Kyo, whether she was minor or majorly injured, would actually lose his mind. First of all, he’d punch the bastard who hurt her (even if it was purely her fault or this bastard was an inanimate object) and then spend the majority of his time huffing and staying by her side, though he would deny he was worried about her any time she reassured him.
who kissed who first?: Kyo would kiss Tohru in the heat of the moment, and would most definitely blush and stutter awkwardly after. In response to which Tohru would happily instigate another.
who made the first move?: Honestly, probably neither. I think they would realize their feelings for one another separately and as their emotions grew it would eventually spill over into a big moment or declaration by one or both (which one, I couldn’t say).
who started the relationship?: Definitely Tohru. Kyo would do all in his power to avoid the relationship and allowing her to love him because he believes his curse is unbreakable, and no one should be doomed to love the zodiac cat. Tohru, as we know, would not stand for this for a second.
