Whether anyone likes it or not, IchiRuki is and always has been the biggest ship in the Bleach fandom. IH probably had a lil growth because of what happened with the ending, but that still isn’t enough to equal it with IR. (edit for clarification: IH had small growth but it wasn't enough for it to be even close to RenR*ki or other second rate ships). Stop trying to make it seem like just because Kubo did this asspull ending, suddenly everything IR is invalid. Shippers will continue to write (adultery) fanfics, create beautiful art, and make different theories and headcanons. People are just mad because they expected IR to die and can’t accept the fact that IchiRuki STILL is the most popular pairing and that they will STILL have to steal titles/color spreads/moments from us. Sad.
