To give you an idea of her voice, use Fluttershy from MLP as an example.
(I invented a map where she appears because none of the existing ones I thought would fit her) they appear on a map where there is a large maze full of mirrors, If you want them to enter the elevator you must find them, they are normally found in the corners of the map crying, When you interact with them on the map, they will get up and go straight to the elevator, If it is full then they will return to their corner to cry but if it is empty they will enter saying "I hope it's a surprise party..."
They likes vanilla ice cream, VERY SWEET food, Flowers, birthday parties, their friends.
They don't like spicy food, bad jokes, people who make fun of others, places with a lot of people (COUGH the elevator COUGH), having things thrown at them or getting wet.q
Although he looks like Poob, they are actually just close friends.

You could say that their birthday is every day since in their dialogues they always says that it's their birthday no matter what day is.
Fun fact that no one cares about, Saddy is kinda a representation of me lol
