He was relieved to hear that this stranger appeared to be doing just fine despite the tumble. Alastor’s expression seemed to lighten up as the other dusted themselves to fix their composure.

Then his eyes couldn’t help but to squint just the slightest little bit when she visually analyzed his appearance. In hindsight, he probably wanted to remain quiet and observe her some more, but he feared that, on the outside, the blue demon was staring.

Wow, Takumi, look at you. So popular. Life sure is hard.

He refuses to give in, though. Changing his clothes is like telling that one really rude lady that she was right and he was wrong! And he’s never wrong, not when it comes to his fashion sense. This has nothing to do with the fact that his clothes were sewn by his late mother.

While servants and masters were something to worry about, the general populace of the city was rather....harmless. Essentially, everyone was more ordinary than they had been in his previous life. His speed was something inhuman when he was alive, but his strength wasn’t all that impressive. As of now, he toss people around like rag dolls. The power was almost intoxicating.

Unfortunately for him, his Master did not heed his warnings, let alone stay nearby. With all this activity, mana had to be replenished. Unlike some servants, he had no way of replenishing his resources through magecraft or magic. Instead, he relied on the reliable outcome of human sacrifice! About to take the life of his very first victim, they squirmed needlessly in his grip. A child who unfortunately was in the wrong place at the wrong time happened to cross his path.

“Hold still or you’ll fling your own blood everywhere.”

Perhaps someone would stop him, perhaps they would not. In any case, his intentions were set on stealing the life of an innocent.

A certain silver-haired samurai is not doing too well this morning, suffering too much to even bother with the glances he’s attracting. And is it any surprise that people are staring? Here we have a man nursing a black eye, swollen cheek and a heck of a hangover, moaning to himself about the inhumanity of it all.

“Urgh, my damned head. I’m swear, I’m never drinking again.” 

Well, that’s what he says every time he has a bad hangover the morning after, but it hasn’t happened yet. Probably never will.

But really. Why does the sun have to be so damned bright and cheery. It feels like it’s making fun of his misery. Angrily, he looks up to shake his fist at the sun, and regrets it immediately as the bright light feels like it’s practically burning a hole through his eyes to his head.

With a groan, he turns and rests his forehead against a nearby wall. Seriously, he’s never going to drink again. It’s just not worth it. In fact, he’ll start right now. See, he’s already doing it.

       Shops. She means to say shops. And by shops, she’s mainly referring to restaurants. Cafes. Food stands. Pretty much anything and everything you could imagine, from cultures all around the world. Maybe even more... They did take people from multiple worlds, right? She couldn’t even fathom how many different dishes must’ve been around here.

              “Mm, but I think Sensei has the Triplicata...”

       No SSR, no food. She wondered why the Servant didn’t get their own Triplicata and only the Master did... It wasn’t like she was going to blow all their money on food. Her appetite wasn’t that bad. Still, what to do...
