reiterating myself slightly here but I think in terms of safamapiley, Emiri finds it much harder to love maple in terms of her being a robot than Michiru does.. and this isn’t to say she doesn’t care for Maple (for better or for worse) but it’s more she tries to not think about the whole robot aspect for as long as she’s able to and just act as if she’s another human… while Michiru completely embraces Maple’s nature from the beginning
