PSA for People Looking For a Way to Clean their Dash.
Hey so with the new season of B*FU Supern*tural starting up, while it is nice that we have all sorts of great content in the tag, all I hear from casual fans who peek in and out of the tag is that it’s flooded with anti posts, people tagging the main tag with shipping content regardless if it’s anti, it’s still saturating the tag with their pathological inability to dislike something normally Since I’ve been here for ages, I have a great many of these people blocked and I will continue to block them. Since so many of you in my asks and mentions keep telling me that the community isn’t fun anymore because you can’t go more than two scrolls before coming upon some person trying to virtue signal for something meaningless. So here’s what I got for you, guys.
This is called Tumblr Batch Block
And This is a list of every blog I’ve blocked for posting anti noise, screenshotting shippers posts to attack them, antagonising strangers, posting in the main tag and using socialological rhetoric to justify death threats, suicide-baiting, accusing people of pedophilia without context, and violent invasive hate posting.
The reason for this list is so you guys can pick and choose if you’d like to block these users and thereby safely scroll through the tag without worrying about having a panic attack or having your anxiety triggered. I will keep updating the list because I have absolutely zero qualms about blocking anyone who behaves like these people.
Now if you happen to disagree with any username on this list, simply don’t block them. Let me assure you that I don’t actually care to discuss these people at any length because I don’t come here to talk about things I don’t care about, believe it or not. If there are users harrassing you or others and they’re not on this list, feel free to message me with a link to the post or posts in question and I will add them.
So! Every time I update the list based on some nonsense I see in the main tag, I will add a user and post here about it so you all know.
I would finally like to add that this list is not my endorsement for sending anonymous hate or attacking these users. Most if not all of them are young adolescents who have yet to develop a nuanced approach to life and people who are different. They are not propped up in my mind as people to engage with for any reason.
