Smell: A decent bit of crisp funk
Taste: It's slippery in the mouth (apparently it's meant to be shot, not savored), with a range of funk on its tail. The funk makes it tingle despite the lack of carbonation, but you're also glad when it's gone.
Overall: An interesting take on cider, with zero sugar and a lot of funk, but the flavors aren't exactly amazing. Worth trying if you've never had a Spanish cider, but they're not my favorite style.
