Howdy there! The names Sage! Heard a bunch'a folk were joinin' this site, so I decided to hop on in! M'parents might gripe 'bout it, but they're silly for that. They tend to be pretty worried over silly stuff.

my biggest project to date! same rules as ever apply. no nsfw, dont vent to me, be kind. art by the amazing @/cybers-sillyzone!!! magic is the core of a monsters SOUL. emotions form that magic. in their last moments, clover released enough emotion to lead to sage's creation. sage retains many of clovers memories, but theyre buried deep. along with this, the general aspirations of justice and sense of whats right carried over. clover and sage are technically separate people. sage has gone through a lot of emotional growth clover never had the chance to. loredrops will happen as the story goes along. sage still uses they/them, and is around 8-10. tagz n stuff, shouldnt have to explain most of these. ~ sage responds sage thinks - solo posts sage interacts ooc mod answer

Elysa sighs putting her hand on her head.

- It all started with a tremendous headache. But I think I know why this is happening... I've been abusing my powers lately. There were several missions where everyone was trapped, with a low chance of survival, so I kept going back in time to stop the worst. I knew the consequences, but I think it was worth it. Also, my condition is only getting worse because of the portal, I don't know why exactly... maybe it can change the timeline?

"I don't know as much about the Portal as Brimstone or you, Chamber, you must understand Elysa's problems better than me."

Chamber tried to ignore the guilt feeling inside him, and didn't show anything.

"I don't know as well as Brimstone or Killjoy. We didn't even think about the side effects."

"What do you mean we didn't even think about it? You open the portal without testing them? How can Brimstone allow that?"

I will help you, but in return, do me a favor and get some rest. You'll feel better and heal up faster, resulting in you going on missions, faster. Understood?

Everyone stares at Brimstone for a long time.

Elysa remains impatient, she didn't want to stand there. She had to try to help ease the situation for the other affected agents.

Cypher sighed nervously when he saw Brimstone not answering.

"I should have guessed the protocol was bullshit. Can you come with me, Sage? I'm sure we'll get you to take care of the others somehow."

Sage nodded at Cypher and passed silently through the others. She looked at Sova as she grabbed Elysa's arm and helped her walk.

"Are you coming, Sova?"

Sova nodded to Sage and they left the room. Killjoy sat on the ground, unsure of what to do.

Elysa:- Well, the opening state of the portal is already advanced, I think it is difficult to close it now. All that's left is to sit back and watch the consequences. Hmm, I don't know how much this portal can affect me, or affect other agents.

- Well if I die, bury me under a tree. I would hate to be buried in a cemetery.

Elysa says this in a playful tone, but it's really what she wanted.

Elysa coughs again, covering her mouth, smearing it with more blood.

- Well, I think what's left for me to do is separate some papers about the agents.

We don't know what happened, Elysa, and I have no intention of burying any of you. I don't care about the portal, my priority is all of you, but some of us seem to have different priorities.
