For my last Thunderstruck disability pride month drawing, here's hard of hearing Sai!!

THUNDERSTRUCK HEADCANONS

(Most of these take place after zaya and nim get together bcuz I cant wait any longer)

-all the responders were HORRIFIED when they found out that Z-700 and triple threat were dating (they like kissed during a fight cuz yee)

-Sai used to have long hair but chopped it off with seb and cupid for fun and loved it

-Whenever cupid and seb have a petty fight sai feels like a child of divorce

-I almost said that Astrid and sai def went to pride but I remembered there not allowed outside lmaoo

-raiden eats cheese and hot sauce

-Nim thinks Zayas manical laughter is hot

-Astrid and sai are chappell roan fans

-Zaya doesn't get drunk easy but when she does she gets DRUNK

-After Zaya and Nim got togther Nim's contact name stayed the same except she just added a red heart at the end

-Cupid got bored one time and stuck a knife in a toaster

-Seb has to go into Cupids room multiple times a week to tell her to shut up because she is always screaming in voice chat

If you had to swap the roles of any two thunderstruck characters which would they be?

OOOO FUN QUESTION Let me think...

Honestly, it would be pretty cool to see Zaya swap places with Sai - with Zaya being the one that's part of the Corp with the level 5 kinetic powers versus Sai with Zaya's level 1 kinetic powers

I feel like their different attitudes towards things could influence them both in such interesting ways, plus the thought of Zaya finally getting the power she craves and how she would actually feel about it versus Sai having a bit more freedom even if she wouldn't be growing up in the best of homes (not held down by Corp anymore)

Drew Sai with a hearing aid. Her being HOH or deaf is a kinda semi headcanon of mine (mostly for aus).

Did some Sai Swap AU sketches. She's miserable and hates fighting her friends.

So me and @toadkitty were discussing a concept of Sai deserting from the Corp on the fan server and had this convo:

Thunderstruck by @apleye fans! I present to you! Swap! AU Sai!

(Yeah sorry if she doesn't really fit in my style that well).

So, some details.

Instead of Nim getting manipulated and used by M, it's Sai! (*Insert unenthusiastic cheering*).

In this AU, in the incident where the Responders were made to believe she's dead, Sai's hearing was severely damaged. She uses a hearing aid now.

As well as photokinesis, she has pyrokinesis (to combat Seb's powers) and aerokinesis.

She meets Zaya in a slightly different way to Nim. She gets into a sloppy fight while escaping responders and Zaya helps her get away.

Tries to bond more with her criminal team in this AU. It doesn't end well (mostly because most of them aren't really interested).

For this AU I'm thinking she can use her Photokinesis to create illusions that can seriously mess with people. But only after she starts to get desperate.

On the plus side of all this, she gets to visit more museums!

In case you're wondering where Nim is in this AU, they also faked their death but this time round disguises themself as a normal civilian to work at a nice café Zaya goes to.
