might be crazy but I think Nim is Andy
I'm sure there's like a million things disproving this but I dunno I have a hunch. I had a bunch of proof of this last night at like 1 am but I forgot everything. Tbh Im posting this just in case I'm right so I can say I called it when it definitely does (not) happen
I wanna add to this so here's why.
the DNA thing, Nim has Andys DNA which yeah maybe they got it the same way they did with the other dead 5's but if Nim really is Andy then of course they would have her DNA.
Nim's past is very vague all we really know is that they used to be a responder until supposedly finding something out and in that situation it would make sense to fake their death.
(This is gonna sound really weird) If you compare Nim and Andy's faces side by side (which I did do) they look kind of similar. They have the same sharp eye shape and upturned pointed nose. You may be thinking "this is a cartoon of course they'd have a similar face" but Apleye takes the effort to give characters distinct faces and appearances.
Andy's eyes are never shown all the photos we see of her, her eyes are either closed or blurred out. Now Nim has yellow eyes (most of the time) but Nim is one of the only (or maybe just the only I'm not really sure) characters with yellow eyes. If we were shown that Andy had yellow eyes I feel that'd be a little too obvious.
Nim and Andy's hair are not similar in color or length whatsoever but it's most likely that if Andy really did fake her death she'd want to change her appearance. However something that can't be altered easily is hair type. From what little we see of Andy she seemed to have curly hair that appears kind of sharp in Apl's art style. It's also worth mentioning that Andy always had a piece of her hair sticking out from her ponytail and Nim almost always has that too
Ok that's enough and Im sure this isn't true and I'm really sleep deprived rn
Rereading this after months, and I gotta say this is kinda crack theory but I still kinda think it holds up
