I remember seeing a post about how 15 Chuuya’s voice was deeper than it should have been. 15 Chuuya and adult Chuuya kept the same VA (for Jap. at least). If I’m remembering correctly I believe they said or at least implied they had this opinion because of his height. I was thinking about it and remembered seeing another post with a hypothesis about why he’s so short. The post talked about how gravity affects your height and it said he may actually still be growing, I think it said he’s completely done with puberty though. so “I’m still growing!” said by the 22 year old mafioso really isn’t a lie

So to keep things simple and quick:

It does make sense for Chuuya to have the same voice as when he grows up because his body is technically still growing. 15 Dazai also kept same VA like Chuuya, and I personally can see his voice being the same as when he’s older.
