Saigon Deli is a Vietnamese restaurant on  4142 Brooklyn Ave NE. It’s a bit farther than Greenhouse if you live near West Campus but the food is good and the price is fair. They serve pho, a variety of rice plates as well as sandwiches. Like many of the other restaurants, there’s a lack of vegetables and fruits, however you can request and add more bean sprouts to your pho to get more of the vegetable section of the Healthy Eating Plate.

I’ve only really had the pho and spring rolls at this restaurant, but they taste great and the rice plates aren’t bad either. If you’re looking for authentic pho or vietnamese food, you may be disappointed, but If you are just looking for some noodles and soup, I would recommend going here.
