I didn't notice that time when SailerMan's was constantly slipping; about how he dealt with the Serverblight itself. It's also a good hint of foreshadowing his role.
spoilers obviously, go watch the video if you haven't caught up
SailerMan, commanding Nexos' to gun him down with an icy pool in front of JonyDany12's corpse; said with his line:
"Come on, dude it's not a person anymore."
Instead of convincing them it's a glitch, rather he comments on something it's the real deal.
This line is also here, too. With context, It's a video game of PVP where you can normally respawn. Now with the Serverblight's phenomena effect, it's a one time of life and death situation. He spoke his overconfident line:
"Before you get someone killed"
The audiences feared what will happen to these poor players that are getting into a trouble.
And lastly, one of the most notable foreshadowing this scene alone: When Rubicon asks who is this BLU Demoman PicNick, the teammate holding the intel, if he knew about this player before.
Rubicon: "Yo Sailer, you know this guy?"
SailerMan: "Nope."
dicksalot: "Don't. That's not a real person."
SailerMan: "I think we heard enough from you. I don't know what kinda sick game is in your mind."
"But nothing is gotta stop me from helping a fan in need".
In response, SailerMan is lying from them. Rubicon had this suspicion by raising his eyebrows. dickaslot isn't alone by this. And now, Nexos was ambushed by an actual blight proxy, PicNick.
if you haven't caught up on SailerMan's videos, I'll give you a context. SailerMan interviewed PicNick in the community server to investigate this entity. PicNick is the eyewitness, telling him about the Serverblight's nature and finding his friend again. The voice actor is from the Narrator of Proxy. PicNick was unfortunately ambushed by Serverblight and SailerMan escaped immediately without helping him.
Establishing his role as a third antagonist is interesting, I'm excited about how it goes on the Season 2. It's really cool how the voice actor did a great job making him an egoistic, asshole player for personal gain, and use the players act like a character died from the arg stuff. This is like, Mr. Beast Typa shit would do this to his fans.
