i don’t think anyone on their behalf has, but that’s sort of common in instances like these. people who are bad at running businesses will try to ignore or quash complaints rather than address them.

that being said, i know they’re going to be involved with several lawsuits right now, from unpaid vendors and from larger brands like chanel (apparently, this is rumor i can’t verify) for selling bootlegs of their products. so they might not be saying anything because it could be an admission of guilt. however, they’re bigger than the outcry i’ve seen. like they’ve got half a million instagram followers and the post i made had only 200 notes, so idk if they’ll ever see it or anything anyone else smaller is saying. 

i’m more personally interested in warning people than getting a response from them, i’m hoping that shopjeen just burns out from all these lawsuits and from people ditching them and have to close down. though knowing privileged little shits like their CEO no real repercussions will probably ever happen for her.
