Evening everyone. ^^

As of tomorrow I will have been stuck in the bed for an entire week. Unless I get up to go to the lil girl’s room or shower, that’s about all I manage. I am COMPLETELY in the debt of my bestie, if it weren’t for him? I would not eat or drink and I’d lose my mind worrying over the stuff in the house I normally do.

He’s taken on all of my chores, brings me medicine, and makes sure I’m comfortable. He’s also made sure I haven’t slept away the majority of the past 7 days, which would feed my depression. This isn’t the first time he’s been there for me, and no doubt it won’t be the last.

I’m eternally grateful to him. He’s stuck by me through this, even though I’m difficult when it comes to giving up my independence. Left to my own ‘stubbornness’ I would no doubt be worse off than I am due to my need to be Iron Woman. He’s also had to hold off on writing his book, there’s not enough hours in the day right now.

So, here’s to @saint-gabriel for being the best friend I’ve ever had. The best choice in a friend I’ve ever made, and for sticking by me through every level of Hell imaginable.

And I hope that all of you, one day (if you haven’t already) find a good friend that you jive with, who is rock solid, and will be by your side until the end. <3
