Re True Crime “fans”. I went to an oddities expo recently and there were booths with real murderers on shirts and replicas of Ed Gein’s lamp and similar “decorations”. I know they probably think they’re being edgy but it just comes across as emotionally immature and self centered and makes them look like they really don’t understand horror, the real thing or the genre.

God that’s so obscene. Bad enough to be weird online about it but to make and sell (and buy) literal merch for serial killers is absolutely baffling behaviour

Hello. I read 'Our Sons, Daughters, & Assorted Extras' and just loved it! I'm a sucker for Ice&Slider friendship and really appreciated your work. And bickering between Slider and Maverick is so much fun. Old rivalries die hard. :)

Thank you so much!! Longstanding friendship and bickering rivalries are what I live for, I love hearing that people have enjoyed this series. One day I make two people kiss, the next day I have Slider and Maverick slapping at each other. Good fun.

Our Sons, Daughters, & Assorted Extras was originally handwritten in scraps and starts to stop my brain from melting away from boredom. It's sole purpose was for me to siphon notes out of my head and have fun doing it - I actually wasn't expecting to have enough to put together to make a story, let alone publish it.

In the end though I had so much fun throwing around crappy lines of texting with poor grammar that Text Logs came out, and then things have somehow snowballed from there. It's a mystery.

You are amazing!! The response over the last couple of days has been absolutely overwhelming, and I am blown away by how lovely you all are.
