I love how she does whatever she wants. She's like I hate raven boys so I don't talk to them ever! Oh wait, I like these raven boys, though, so I'm gonna befriend them. I'm not supposed to date but I like Adam. I'm not supposed to like Gansey because I'm dating Adam, but I do. I'm gonna steal my family's car and sneak out of the house, and do all sorts of things just because I Want To. She says she's sensible but she has very little awareness of how she's entirely ruled by heart. (Remember when Gansey said she and Ronan were made of the same impossible stuff? Remember when Adam compared her and Ronan both to heart attacks?)

What was a kiss without a kiss? It was a tablecloth tugged from beneath a party service. Everything jumbled against everything else in just a few chaotic moments. Fingers in hair, hands cupping necks, mouths dragged on cheeks and chins in dangerous proximity. They stopped, noses mashed against each other in the strange way that closeness required. She could feel his breath in her mouth.

I really like the concept of a Blue who has met the other members of the gangsey without ever realizing it. Walking her dogs through town, and passing by Boyd's, and wondering how the guy working there looked so young. A shift at Nino's, and the Aglionby crew team comes in, and they all have the same Generic White Boy Face, except one of them has glasses. A young girl in the backseat of the car, driving past Aglionby and admiring the bright red Mustang that blonde boy was driving.

lmao I love that she's having fun exploring America with Gansey and Henry, but like. That does not seem like the move for a girl with significantly less resources than they do. Practically, I would have wanted something else for her, but like I said, she does what she wants!
