Ibuki is a very hyper person while Sakura is more calm and collected, but the two balance each other out. Ibuki would love Sakura's muscles (see picture above) and see her as cool and admirable. Ibuki would also accept Sakura as feminine, which many struggle with because of her appearance, but Ibuki can see deeper than that. Sakura would easily get along with Ibuki due to her friendly personality. I can imagine Sakura being very protective over Ibuki when she had the despair disease, refusing to leave her side. They have one event together in UTDP and three in DRS, two being similar but one having Junko and the other having Mukuro. They seem like good friends.

Sakura loves Rose in Vitro while Ibuki likes it. They both like The Funplane and the Hope's Peak Ring. Both hate the Kokeshi Dynamo.

Ship where both characters have advanced themselves in their dedicated craft due largely to their own desire to reach their limits and express themselves in a meaningful way rather than on behalf of others. And I think that's neat! Too many Dangan girls are stuck in the "I want to Make Others Happy because thats what Girls Do (:" trope. We should have more girls that just want to be themselves regardless of social expectations. And those girls should kiss
