Reasons why my best friend is the best:

she is simply the best

she's stronger than she gives herself credit for

she refuses to give up

she stands up for what she believes in

she is a natural leader, whether she knows it or not

she has an aura of greatness surrounding her

she knows what she wants and she's ready to do anything it takes to get to where she wants to be

she knows how to put up a good argument (trust me, I'd know)

she cheers me up whenever I'm upset

she gives the best advice

she's always there for people whenever they need her, ready to "be there" in any way she can be

she's just really really great and I love her and she's the bestestest person I know

and yeah

I'm not forcing her to cheer up or anything, but I really hope she realizes that she's faced many an obstacle more difficult than this and she can make it through ♥
