Year of the Rabbit #2: Sakyu
Japanese Artist & Illustrator Sakyu Creates Yōkai Monsters From Modern Objects And Phenomena
Yōkai 妖怪 are supernatural entities and spirits from Japanese folklore. Deeply tied to the Japanese animistic belief that spirits inhabit all things, whether living or not, yōkai can take on humanoid features, animal features or the plague-fighting, recently revived due to the pandemic, and even inanimate objects such as tools.
Sakyu
Okay, quick story. My friend said that she got major dom vibes from Sakyu. And I remembered one of the excuses Sukubi would make for his collar.
“My dom at the bondage club wants me to wear this collar so that everyone knows I’m his pet.”
And I thought.....”wow this’ll be a dumb drawing”
So I added Horuda for extra love ^^
I imagine Sukubi making this excuse, and a cocky-feeling Sakyu waltzes up to him like, “That’s right, now lets go, Puppy.”
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t necessarily looking forward to this drawing but I wanted to force myself to do it anyway, and it didn’t come out as well I had hoped.
Oh, well :/

Sakyu waited for his friend to come. The thought of asking her out was scary but exciting for him. It was Valentine’s day after all, an opportunity for him to confess after all
Sakyu is a lesbian and a tsundere, but it is unknown who her crush is.

The one with the two girls in the corner is a collab between me and @artisticgarlicj (she did the sketch and line-art, while i did the coloring and shading)
