Jummah prayer at Bullay, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, Dhul Qada 8th, 1442 AH (June 18th 2021AD)
Pictures taken at Yeşil Camii, Bullay...
Friday is not Friday without Jummah prayer
Even on working Fridays like this Friday one should at least sacrifice his noon or afternoon break for the weekly congregational jummah prayer. In our noble Qur'an we are commanded to leave aside our worldly business and answer the call for prayer by attending the sermon and offering the prayer in congregation afterwards...
“O you who have faith! When the call is made for prayer on Friday, hurry toward the remembrance of God, and leave all business. That is better for you, should you know. And when the prayer is finished, disperse through the land and seek God's grace, and remember God greatly so that you may be successful.”
— Qur'an, Surah Al-Jumu'a h, Ayat 9-10 (62: 9-10)
Friday, Safar 1st, 1442
Jummah prayer at Lahr Masjid, Lahr, Baden, Germany. September, 18th, 2020AD.
One week left until the start of the Holy Fasting Month of Ramadan...
Friday prayer and sermon at the Masjid of Lahr, Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, August 7th, 2020 AD, (Dhul Hijjah 17th, 1441)...
Finally,
after all those weeks of social distancing and lockdown my home masjid community offers congregational jummah prayer again. The amount of worshippers is limited, face masks are obligatory and everyone has to bring a prayer rug of his own... Finally, by the end of this Ramadan, we can pray jummah prayer again... Alhamdulillah! الحمد الله!
Eid mubarak
A blessed Eid al-Adha to all of my followers and those I follow... May Allah grant us Jannat al Firdaus and the opportunity to live to celebrate another Eid...
