These beef salad tacos are a fresh and flavorful twist on traditional tacos. Packed with colorful veggies and seasoned ground beef, they're perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 avocado, diced. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 8 small corn tortillas. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the taco seasoning mix until everything is well mixed. Drops of tomato, onion, and bell pepper should be added. For about 5 minutes, cook until the vegetables are soft. You can use a different pan or the microwave to warm up the corn tortillas. Put a small amount of the beef mixture on each tortilla to make a taco. Place avocado dices, lettuce shreds, and cilantro leaves on top. Add pepper and salt to taste, and then squeeze lime juice on top. Serve right away.
