This lovely Victorian gown beautifully demonstrates how different fabrics can appear under varying lighting conditions.   In 2006, Billie Piper graced the screen as Sally Lockhart in 𝘙𝘶𝘣𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘮𝘰𝘬𝘦, where the costume appeared a brownish purple.   Fast forward to 2010's 𝘈𝘯 𝘖𝘭𝘥 𝘍𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴, where Jacqueline Bissett's Isabella, wore the same costume, this time appearing a dark blue.   Want more details? *hugs* I feel your pain. My parents get upset when I don't know something, but get similarly upset when I do. Because the latter makes me arrogant and a know-it-all. Can't please them.

if it didn't make me so mad it would be ridiculous

with my dad it's not even about me being a know-it-all, more about him being always right on all accounts, especially when I disagree with him

I've been reading up on depression since I was 13 and my parents were to busy noticing I was suicidal, like you have to dig a bit deeper to tell me something I don't know yet
