Salted eggs have become popular to the point where they are used in almost every dish. So yesterday, I also followed the trend and made salted egg squid. I include some curry leaves and powder to make it a more authentic Malaysian Chinese dish. 

However, not all salted eggs have the same level of saltiness. In my case, I had to add some salt to the salted egg sauce before coating the squid with it.

Dropped by the @redringtreasures outlet at Food Republic over at Wisma Atria recently and was blown away by the salted egg squid cutlet with their signature red noodles ($8.50)! We also tried their signature chicken cutlet with curry rice ($6.90) but my recommendation is to go for the noodles - they are really GOOD! #burpple #redringtreasures #saltedeggsquid #noodlesporn (at RedRing Treasures)
