I have not yet mastered making them uniform but I've gotten pretty good overall at making ciabatta rolls!

Made spongecake for the first time ever so I could make strawberry shortcake. It turned out fairly well! I'm pretty happy with it.
Got clotted cream but didn't realize quite how thick it actually was. Should have also gotten some whipping cream too but I'm not a huge fan of whipped cream on stuff anyway so not a huge loss. The sponge is moist enough that just the stewed strawberries and syrup does a decent job of keeping it from being too dry. Could have used more strawberries too but I was in the middle of a migraine predrome and not really thinking clearly enough to plan properly.
It's been a while since we've had a Sam Cooke/Bakes situation so here I am making pancakes!
Let's hope I'm not as much of a dumbass as last time and burn my hand again

I've spent the last two or so hours baking! I've made Brownies, lemon flavoured cupcakes (I have yet to make the icing) and a cheesecake! I'll post photos later!
