I feel bad for not really having been able to write anything, so here's a preview of the oneshot I've been working on for my Lords Of Chaos fanfic! Cause I unfortunately think I am burnt out from writing creepypasta at the moment lol.
But before getting to the actual WIP, I must preface a few things.
1. This fanfic is NOT being made to romanticize/condone any of the events that took place or the actions of individuals in Black Metal scene during the 90s.
2. This is PURELY BASED on the actors' portrayals, not the IRL people.
3. THIS IS NOT A SHIP FIC WHAT SO EVER. Nora is a minor while everyone else are adults, she mainly has a little sister relationship with them so don't be fucking weird about it.
If you have a problem with any of that, then I suggest you don't read.
WIP Summary: Because of issues at home, Nora comes into work despite being ill. The boys end up having to convince her to get some rest.
The familiar chime of the bell to Helvete makes Nora wince, whining softly to herself as the throbbing in her temple only seems to increase with the sound. The teenager tries her best to look normal as she steps inside, though that would ultimately be a failure. Her slight state of disorientation causes her to miss the step-down. The sudden unexpected fall has her stumbling, a strangled squeak escaping her lips as she does her best to catch herself.
Thankfully, the store was practically empty at this hour. So no customers were there to heckle her with their stupid, obnoxious laughter.
Unfortunately, someone did notice. The familiar sound of a barked guffaw has her shoulders slumping in defeat. Faust.
“Did the princess finally fall from grace?” The long-haired drummer snickers. The tv in front of him was blasting the erratic screams of the typical damsel in distress, soon turning gurgled as she’s hacked to death with the jagged knife of the serial killer in the horror movie that’s currently playing.
No wonder half the people who walked in here thought no one employed or hung around the store was sane.
“No, Faust. The wind pushed me over.” She spat back with an overly hostile hiss, rubbing a hand against her aching forehead as if it would somehow aid in calming her headache.
“Whoa, what’s got you acting bitchy?” The dark-haired brunette snickered as he turned. Nora visibly winced at the sharp squeaking noise the stool he’d been sitting on made as he sat up more properly. If that was even possible.
It goes unnoticed by the scowling teen, but something in those taunting brown eyes shifts. The playful smile dropping as he takes in the sight of her. Before she knows it, the shadow of Emperor's tallest member looms over her. Trapping her in a blanket of shadow as he lumbers over to the aisle she’s in. Gentle pressure against her forehead makes Nora’s eyes cast upward, seeing how the man’s brows furrow as a rough hand pushes against her warm skin, holding still for a moment.
“You’re sweating.”
“Oh, I had no idea.”
Faust makes a face, pulling back. “Are you sick?”
The mixed-matched-haired girl swallows thickly. “Yes. I am.”
Brown eyes narrowed in on the teenage girl judgingly. “Then why the fuck did you show up?”
Nora looks away. Trying to push past the drummer, but he catches her arm.
“Why are you here?”
