“I don’t know why it took me so long to propose to her I’d had my eye on that ring for months. When she told me she was going to be your donor, I realized that I wanted a lifetime with her.
I couldn’t wait till Sam woke up so I could propose to her. And when she did, when I got there, she wouldn’t stop talking. I couldn’t get a word in. She just had all this stuff she wanted me to do. And when she finally did let me speak, and I asked her to marry me and she said yes.
